Family Life - Human Sexuality / Natural Family Planning

"Be smart, be free, Abstinence is the key."

Abstinence is not just a matter of not having sexual outercourse or intercourse.

ABSTINENCE is about self-control and self-discipline. It is waiting.

ABSTINENCE is about freedom---from abortion, disease, poverty and ignorance.

ABSTINENCE is about self respect; it is knowing your worth and potential.

ABSTINENCE is about respect for others.

ABSTINENCE is about love.

ABSTINENCE means not having to prove your love.

ABSTINENCE is about not rationalizing.

ABSTINENCE views sexuality as not being only in a physical dimension.

ABSTINENCE is about knowing who you are.

ABSTINENCE is about starting over if you need to do so (secondary virginity).

ABSTINENCE is about hope for--- the future, family, a healthy and happy life,

commitment, faithfulness and trust.

ALL OF THE ABOVE ARE ESSENTIAL TO A HAPPY AND STABLE FAMILY.
