Father, you are Love and Life and every family in heaven and earth takes its name from you.

May your grace guide the thoughts and actions of husbands and wives for the good of their families and their spousal relationships.

Strengthen and support with an abundance of grace single, separated, widowed and divorced parents.

Grant that the young may find in their family support for their human dignity and an opportunity for healthy growth and development as God’s child. 

Let Love, strengthened by the grace of the sacrament of marriage prove mightier than all the weaknesses and trials through which families must sometimes pass. 

And May your blessing be poured out in abundance upon the families of our land.

We ask this of You Father through the intersession of the Holy Family of Nazareth in the power of the Holy Spirit.
